Access to and use of the leo77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one leo77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been self-excluded from leo77 or any affiliated platform, or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of leo77 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Member accounts or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.

To access the full suite of leo77 Services, you must register a Member account. The registration process and ongoing account management are governed by the following provisions:

3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK where required), residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. leo77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify leo77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 KYC Verification. leo77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including — but not limited to — before processing the first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a threshold amount, or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

3.4 Account Currency. All leo77 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Balances, wagers, bonus amounts, and withdrawal amounts are all expressed in IDR. leo77 does not support multi-currency accounts.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure by leo77. leo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other abuse of the platform.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. leo77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian Members: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). leo77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account cashier. As a general guide, minimum deposits via major bank transfer are Rp 10.000 and via e-wallet from Rp 10.000, subject to change.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. Most deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your leo77 account within 30 seconds. In exceptional cases involving bank maintenance windows or third-party processing delays, this may take longer. leo77 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by leo77 within 3–10 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by leo77's finance team following a written request to [email protected].

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Member's account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available real-money balance; (d) leo77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.6 Own Funds Only. Members must only deposit funds that they legally own. leo77 does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards used by persons other than the cardholder, or funds originating from criminal activity. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.

4.7 Transaction Fees. leo77 does not charge Members transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently of leo77, for which leo77 bears no responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Policy. leo77 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall take precedence for that specific offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game contribution rates will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. leo77 does not set deliberately unachievable wagering requirements — all bonus conditions are designed to be fair and transparent.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus and derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure: (a) using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (b) using a bonus in a manner that exploits a technical error or unintended system behaviour; (c) placing low-risk or arbitrage bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; (d) colluding with other players to meet wagering conditions.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated free credits carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically voided from the Member's account without compensation.

5.5 leo77 Right to Amend or Withdraw. leo77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, withdraw an offer before its stated end date, or discontinue any promotion at any time, provided that Members who have already activated the promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on leo77 are subject to acceptance at leo77's sole discretion. leo77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet before or after it has been placed, without obligation to provide a reason, particularly where suspicious betting patterns, erroneous odds, or system errors are involved.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the leo77 platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by game type, market, Member tier, or promotional status. leo77 may adjust individual Member stake limits at its sole discretion.

6.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting on the leo77 sportsbook is subject to real-time odds changes. Bets are only confirmed once leo77's system has acknowledged acceptance. Network latency, device performance, and system load may affect the speed of bet placement; Members are advised to allow sufficient time for bet confirmation, particularly during high-traffic events such as BRI Liga 1 matches, Champions League fixtures, and Timnas Indonesia games.

6.4 Erroneous Odds. In the event that odds, paylines, or game parameters are published in error due to a technical malfunction or human error, leo77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to return stakes to the Member's account. leo77 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from erroneous published odds.

6.5 Game Disconnection. Where a game round was in progress, the outcome will be determined by the server record and the result communicated to the Member upon reconnection.

Any account identified as using prohibited strategies will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings forfeited.

10.4 Member Responsibility. Members access and use the leo77 platform entirely at their own risk. Gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss, and leo77 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. Members are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made on their accounts.

10.5 Force Majeure. leo77 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond leo77's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or failure of third-party telecommunications infrastructure.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. Members may close their leo77 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding disputes.

11.2 Closure by leo77. leo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, match-fixing involvement, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) opening of multiple accounts; (e) behaviour that leo77 reasonably considers abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Members or leo77 staff.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by leo77 — the Member's access to the platform will be terminated immediately. leo77 will retain transaction records, identity verification documents, and account history for the periods required by applicable law, regardless of the reason for closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which leo77 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through leo77's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of leo77's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent leo77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

leo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, leo77 will: (a) update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document; (b) post a notice on the leo77 homepage or login page informing Members of the update; and (c) where the changes significantly affect Member rights or obligations, provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the leo77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
